Novaqua Bed & Breakfast, is a family lodging, which began its services in 2017, downtown Olmué. The owner arrived in the area because of her career as a scientist working at a university in the region of Valparaiso. With the experience of travelling, visiting and staying in small accommodations abroad and with space available in her house, she started the first Bed & Breakfast in Olmué at the beginning of 2017.

This type of formal accommodation, very common in Europe, is characterized by being “an establishment of the rooming house type, in which its permanent residents – as a complementary activity to the one usually developed by the host family group – provide the services of tourist accommodation and breakfast included in the rate in private rooms (Sernatur, NCh2760:2013)”.

Our lodging is a country house in which the spaces were adapted to accommodate four rooms on the second floor and, additionally, living – dining room, self-service area, parking, terrace and garden. All this on the main avenue of Olmué, with public transport at the door, two blocks from the Main Square, in a quiet area and from which you can walk to different restaurants and sites and tour the town.

The reception service is provided by a member of the family group and the family common areas are shared with the guests.
